SCHWARTZ, deceased, File Number 11-2026-CP-002020-001-01, is pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, FL 34112. All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WITH BE FOREVER BARRED.
EVEN IF A CLAIM IS NOT BARRED BY THE LIMITATIONS DESCRIBED ABOVE, ALL CLAIMS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN FILED WITH BE BARRED TWO YEARS AFTER DECEDENT’S DEATH.
