Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an action for non judicial foreclosure of the Timeshare Units and Weeks listed in the Claim of Lien filed and recorded in the public records of Manatee County, Florida on May 22, 2026 for GULF STREAM BEACH RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. as Instrument No. 202641059169 will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds at 10:00 a.m. at Vacation Property Management, Inc., 1501 Gulf Blvd., Bradenton Beach, FL 34217 on Friday, October 16, 2026. See Attachment “A” for unit and week numbers.
The following described real property located in MANATEE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA to wit:
Unit Numbers and Week Numbers (See Attachment “A” for the unit and week number) of Gulf Stream Beach Resort, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 1447, Page 1879, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and all amendments thereof, which condominium is also described at Condominium Plat Book 28, Pages 39-41, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
