Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an action for non judicial foreclosure of the Timeshare Units and Weeks listed in the Claim of Lien filed and recorded in the public records of Manatee County, Florida on May 22, 2026 for UMBRELLA BEACH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. as Instrument No. 202641059166 will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds at 10:00 a.m. at Vacation Property Management, Inc., 1501 Gulf Blvd., Bradenton Beach, FL 34217 on Friday, October 16, 2026. See Attachment “A” for unit and week numbers.
