NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2026-CA-001489 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Timothy Clayton Brown a/k/a Timothy Brown; Robert E. Long, III; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; ISPC Inc f/k/a The Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of December, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, MEADOW RIDGE ESTATES PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
