Lots 1 and 2 in Block “B” of LOCKHART’S RE-SUBDIVISION of a part of Washington Park, According to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 23, public records of Polk County, Florida, except the W 40’ of said Lot 2 and except the W 40’ of the N 6’ of said Lot 1.
