NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2026 CA 000607 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Joe Mervin McKewen; Gaylene Ann McKewen; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 14th day of January, 2027, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
