NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 23, 2026 (the “Judgment”), entered in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-006494 NC, Circuit Court in and for Sarasota, County, Florida, wherein The Investor’s Source, LLC, is Plaintiff, and North County Management, LLC; Any and All Unknown Tenants or Parties in Possession; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests by, through, under or against a Named Defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right title, or interest in the property described herein are defaulted, Defendants, that at 9:00 a.m., on October 22, 2026, Karen E. Rushing, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in or at the Clerk’s website for online auctions www.sarasota.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
