ZAROBINSKI, SR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT J. ZAROBINSKI, SR.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST KAREN M. ZAROBINSKI A/K/A KAREN ZAROBINSKI; POINTE WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; and CURRENT RESIDENTS, are Defendant(s).
