Final Judgment was awarded on September 29, 2026 in Civil Case No. 22-CA-010545, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, NEWREZ LLC DBA SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is the Plaintiff, and MICHELLE C. DIXON A/K/A MICHELLE DIXON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELLE C. DIXON A/K/A MICHELLE DIXON; WESTSHORE VILLAGE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Victor Crist will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on November 3, 2026 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 76, WESTSHORE VILLAGE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 130, PAGE(S) 223, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
