NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 24th day of September 2026, in Case No. 25-CA-008298, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOAN ANN ZACHMAN A/K/A JOAN A ZACHMAN; JOSEPH ALEXANDER ZACHMAN; EDWARD KENNETH ZACHMAN; MARIE ANN ZACHMAN; BARBARA DARLENE MIDDLETON A/K/A BARBARA D. MIDDLETON; CITY OF TAMPA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Victor D. Crist the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of December 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
