Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 25-CC-058316 the Clerk of the Court, Hillsborough County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:

Book 5072, page 274, AND Condominium Book 10, page 78, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on November 20, 2026. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
