Final Judgment was awarded on October 1, 2026 in Civil Case No. 26-CA-004780, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, LINDA JEAN OBBEMA AS TRUSTEE OF THE CAUSEY OBBEMA REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST U/T/D 4/12/2023; JASON W. CAUSEY; SERVICE FINANCE COMPANY, LLC; LINDA JEAN OBBEMA; LANCASTER II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Victor Crist will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on November 5, 2026 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 21 OF PHASE 3 OF LANCASTER II CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM HEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5340, PAGE 1665 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
