NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of September, 2026, and entered in Case No. 26-CA-001296, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein SENECA MORTGAGE SERVICING LLC, is the Plaintiff and MARTIN H. HAZELHORST, THE ESTERO BEACH AND TENNIS CLUB, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 29th day of October, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATED IN LEE, FLORIDA, VIZ: UNIT NO. B-1007 OF ESTERO BEACH AND TENNIS CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1357, PAGE 125, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
