NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 26-CA-002324 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR COLT 2025-5 MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, Plaintiff, and BELIEVE IT 305 CORP; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A LORNAH LUVIN, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 7th day of January, 2027, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 6, UNIT 1, SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, AT PAGE 142, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
