Myers, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY
BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE AGGREGATION TRUST is Plaintiff and Armando Soler Rodriguez a/k/a Armando Soler, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of October, 2026 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 15 and 16, Block 4211, Cape Coral Unit 60, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 154 through 169 inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
