NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE dated September 22, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 26-CA-001505 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and FUENTES, ULISES J, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, KEVIN C. KARNES, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County On Line Public Auction website: https://lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on October 22, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in LEE County, Florida, as set forth in said FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE to-wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 8010, BELLA VIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005000056034, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
