Final Judgment was awarded on September 30, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-CA-005370, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF ANGEL OAK MORTGAGE TRUST 2022-6, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2022-6 is the Plaintiff, and JONATHAN KANE and JENNIFER KANE are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Kevin C. Karnes will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on November 19, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 25, 26 AND 27, BLOCK 4688, UNIT 70, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE(S) 58 THROUGH 87, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
