NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 26-CA-002096 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC, Plaintiff, and JULIE M. CARVER; COUNTRY PINES OF NORTH FORT MYERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 19th day of November, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1204, COUNTRY PINES, PHASE III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1639, PAGES 2179 THROUGH 2240, OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
