NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLSOURE dated September 30, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 25-CA-007031 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and WILLIAMS, JOSHUA DAVID, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, KEVIN C. KARNES, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County On Line Public Auction website: https://lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on October 29, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in LEE County, Florida, as set forth in said FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLSOURE to-wit:
LOT 35 AND 36, BLOCK 5575, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 84, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 30 THROUGH 48, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
