TO: GUY W. MORT, II and all others who may claim an interest in the above-described 2011 HARLEY DAVIDSON MOTORCYCLE, VIN: 1HD1GY416BC302166 (hereinafter the “Property”). Petitioner, BOB GUALTIERI, in his Official Capacity as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, seized the Property on or about September 2, 2026, at or near the area of near Blind Pass Road near 84th Avenue, St. Peter Beach, Florida, Pinellas County, and will file or has filed with the Pinellas County Circuit Court a verified Complaint for Forfeiture to obtain a Final Order of Forfeiture perfecting the right, interest and title to the Property for the use or benefit of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, all pursuant to Section 932.701-704, Florida Statutes (2018).
