Plaintiff Bank OZK (“Bank OZK”), by counsel and pursuant to Florida Statute § 45.031 and the Final Summary Judgment (Doc. 29) (the “Judgment”), hereby provides notice of a foreclosure sale.
Bank OZK, an Arkansas state-charted bank licensed to do business in the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff. Coachman Creek Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida not for profit corporation; Sharr Construction, Inc., a Florida profit corporation; Dueall Construction, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company; and, John Doe, now known as Clinton Cummings, an individual, are the Defendants.
The Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller (the “Clerk”) will sell to the highest bidder for cash at an online foreclosure sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on Tuesday November 3, 2026 at 10:00am ET or as soon as can be heard thereafter the following described property pursuant to Florida law and the Judgment:

UNIT 1622, BUILDING 16 OF COACHMAN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, ALL AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND FORMING A PART THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4913, PAGE 1436, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT ABOVE DESCRIBED, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.
SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS STATE OF FLORIDA
commonly known as 2625 State Road 590, Unit 1622, Clearwater, Florida, 33759.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens (Doc. 5) must file a claim before the Clerk no later than sixty (60) days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
