You are notified that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 166, of BEL-AIRE MOBILE VILLAGE, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “C-2”, (plot plan) of the Master Occupancy Agreement as recorded in O.R Book 7512, Pages 0692 through 0750, as amended and restated in O.R. Book 23139, Pages 934 through 960, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with one (1) 1972 mobile home, VIN 11720, title Number 4976106, and Real Property Decal number 12604613, with all attachments, additions, and fixtures attached to or made a part of the mobile home,
Together with any equity owned in said unit or any assets of BEL-AIRE MOBILE HOME OWNERS, INC., including Stock Certificate Number 436, representing one (1) share in BEL-AIRE MOBILE HOME OWNERS, INC., and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto.

Has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jonathan James Damonte, B.C.S., the plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 12110 Seminole Blvd., Largo, FL 33778, on or before November 9, 2026 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
