NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 522025CA004713XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey A. Kraftchak a/k/a Jeffrey Kraftchak; Melanie Reyes-Kraftchak a/k/a Melanie Reyes Kraftchak; Watercress Financial Group LLC; Sunnova TE Management LLC; Northfield Holding Corp., a Florida Corporation d/b/a Florida Window and Door, LLC a/k/a Northfield Holding Corp., a Florida Corporation d.b.a Florida Window and Door are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of November, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK B, SUNSET LAKE ESTATES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
