NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this action on July 23, 2026, as corrected by Order entered September 16, 2026, and the Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Enlarge Time of Foreclosure Sale, Cancel September 2, 2026 Sale, and Reschedule Judicial Sale entered September 1, 2026, in Case No. 25-006354-CI, pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ROBIN ELLEN WEINBERGER is the Plaintiff and BRANDY WONG and H.A.S. DAUGHTERS, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, et al., are the Defendants, that KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on October 28, 2026, the following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment:
