NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 904, Landmark Towers Two, A Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5243, Page 560, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 1250 Gulf Blvd., Unit 904, Clearwater Beach, FL 33767.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 12, 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
