NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2026 CA 000054 of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Flagler County, Florida in which FL MORTGAGE TRUST 2022-1, is the Plaintiff and JJJ MANAGEMENT AND INVESTMENT, LLC; JOSE M ACOSTA; H&L PROPERTY SOLUTIONS, LLC are defendants, Tom Bexley, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.flagler.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Flagler County, Florida on November 6, 2026, at 11:00 am the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
