NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2026, and entered in 2025 13869 CIDL of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF CROSS 2024-H5 MORTGAGE TRUST is the Plaintiff and KIMBER JADE TANNER; SCOTT DOUGLAS BLAND A/K/A SCOTT BLAND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT DOUGLAS BLAND A/K/A SCOTT BLAND; VINELAND RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Laura E. Roth as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.volusia.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on November 12, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
