AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-2, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF STEPHEN BOISVERT A/K/A STEPHEN RICHARD ERNEST BOISVERT A/K/A STEPHEN R BOISVERT, DECEASED; HEATHER BOISVERT; HEATHER BOISVERT, AS NATURAL GUARDIAN OF THE MINOR CHILD, JEREMIAH BOISVERT; MEGAN BOISVERT; BRIANNA BOISVERT; UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS ASSIGNEE OF PALISADES ACQUISITION XVI, LLC are the Defendant(s).
