NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-008903 of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST X-C, is Plaintiff and ZACHARY TUOHEY A/K/A ZACHARY CHARLES TUOHEY; NBT BANK, NA; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; DULISA GARCIAS; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are Defendants.
