Sealed bids will be received in the Town of Oakland Town Hall at 230 North Tubb Street, Oakland, Florida up to 2:00 PM, November 19, 2026 for:

BRILEY AVENUE SEPTIC-TO-SEWER – BID NO. 2026-04

Bid packages may be obtained via electronically on DemandStar or from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, via electronically by emailing Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. Bids will be publicly opened in the Town of Oakland Commission Chambers, 221 North Arrington Street, shortly after 2:00 PM, on November 19, 2026. Any bids received after the specified date and time of bid opening will not be considered regardless of whether any bid has actually been opened prior to submittal of a late bid.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held in the Town of Oakland Commission Chambers, 221 North Arrington Street, Florida, at 10:00 AM on November 4, 2026.
The Town of Oakland reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or total, any or all bids and to waive any informalities as deemed in the best interest of the Town. All bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope with the bid name, the time and date of opening. It shall be the BIDDER’S responsibility to ensure that proposals are delivered to the above address by the appointed time.
