NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2026-CA-001637-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Elvin O. Aldarondo Matias; Yahaira M. Olivero Rodriguez are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 6th day of January, 2027, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
