NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to FINAL JUDGMENT OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE dated September 24, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 25001468CA of the Circuit Court the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and ALICEA, STEVEN ERIC, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, ROGER D. EATON, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Charlotte County’s On Line Public Auction website: https://charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on November 12, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in CHARLOTTE County, Florida, as set forth in said FINAL JUDGMENT OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE to-wit:
