YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Complaint to Quiet Title to Real Property and for Declaratory Judgment has been filed against you pursuant to Fla. Stat. sec. 65.021, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on James L. Essenson, Esq., attorney for Plaintiff, Frances Elizabeth Castle, whose address is 100 Wallace Ave., Ste. 310, Sarasota, FL 34237, and to file the original with the Clerk of Court at the Charlotte County Courthouse, 350 E. Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, FL 33950, within 40 days from the date of the first publication 11-19-2026 of this Notice in the Charlotte County Business Observer, and to file the original with the Clerk of the this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter. If no written defenses are filed, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint relating to the following real property and any other assets of the estate:
