NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 28, 2026, in Case No. 2026-CA-000472 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AMERIHOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, is Plaintiff, and ROGELIO RODRIGUEZ, AMBER R. VOGLER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROGELIO RODRIGUEZ, are Defendants, the Office of Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 AM in-person at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, (First Floor), Naples, FL 34112 on October 29, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 350 FEET OF TRACT 122, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 70, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as: 3080 22ND AVE NE, NAPLES, FL 34120
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
