NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2026-CA-1249 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein KMP Operations, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Sims Restoration LLC, Robert Sims, Robert B. Sims, and Destini Sims are Defendants, Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 a. m. on November 19, 2026 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit E-103, Building E, Augusta Court, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 957, Page 227, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 5725 Gage Lane # E-103, Naples, FL 34113
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds are unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set a side, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit lee any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
