NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2025CA004045A000BA of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Rodney Leon Boyd Jr; Emily A. Boyd; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of December, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF LOT 1 AND THE EAST 5 FEET OF LOT 2, OF THE RE-SUBDIVISION OF LOT 45, BLOCK 2, AND THE WEST 9 FEET OF LOT 2, OF THE RE-SUBDIVISION OF LOT 46, BLOCK 2, COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
