NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on September 29, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2026CA001217A000BA in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, CREDITORS AND ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JEAN P. JONES, DECEASED, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com on November 13, 2026 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and commonly known as: 2920 SHADY WOOD LN, LAKE WALES, FL 33898 (the “Property”).
