NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment in favor of the Plaintiff dated the 8th day of October, 2026, entered in Case No.: 2025-CA-002229, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which the Clerk of this Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 24th day of November, 2026, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 34, VILLAGES AT BRIDGEWATER VILLAGE 1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 152, Pages 4 and 5, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Property Address: 2346 Sebago Drive, Lakeland, Florida, 33805.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
