NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment Imposing and Foreclosing Equitable Lien entered on the 4th day of October 2026, in Case No. 2025 CA 000287 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff GLORIA D. ARMSTRONG A/K/A GLORIA ARMSTRONG A/K/A GLORIA CANTRELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLORIA D. ARMSTRONG A/K/A GLORIA ARMSTRONG A/K/A GLORIA CANTRELL; U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF NRZ RECOVERY TRUST; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Karen E. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
