NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, that Karen E Rushing, Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
Lot 5 of GRAN PARADISO TOWNHOMES 1A, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 8, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on December 7, 2026
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
