NOTICE OF LANDSCAPING WORKSHOP
WATERGRASS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT II

The Board of Supervisors of the WaterGrass Community Development District II will hold a landscaping workshop at the WaterGrass Club, located at 32711 Windelstraw Drive, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545, on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of the workshop is to discuss landscaping options. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The Board of Supervisors will not take any action at this workshop. The workshop may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified at such meeting.
A copy of the agenda for the workshop may be obtained from the District Manager via email at [email protected], during normal business hours or from the District’s website at www.watergrasscdd2.com.
