NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED
INCREASE TO FEES FOR USE OF THE POOL CABANA

In accordance with Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, the La Collina Community Development District (the “District”) hereby gives public notice of a public hearing on a proposed increase to the fee for use of the Pool Cabana.

The proposed fees, as may be amended by the Board of Supervisors of the District at the public hearing, are as follows:

Reservation Fee for Use of the Pool Cabana for up to four (4) hours (for Owners
and Renters of Property within the District and for Non-Resident Members)
$ 125.00
Additional Reservation Fee for Use of the Pool Cabana for each
additional hour or portion of an hour exceeding four (4) hours
(maximum total of six (6) hours) (for Owners and Renters of Property
within the District and for Non-Resident Members)
$25.00/Hour

*Note: In addition to the non-refundable Reservation Fee set forth above, a $100.00 refundable Deposit is required. This Deposit will be returned at the sole discretion of the Board of Supervisors of the District, and subject to use of the Pool Cabana in accordance with all Rules and Regulations of the District, and in a condition that is as good or better than at the time the use of the Pool Cabana commences.

The hearing will be for the purpose of reviewing and setting the fees for use of the Pool Cabana, to provide for efficient and effective District operations, and to enable the District to recover the costs of providing the services. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Board shall adopt a fee as finally approved by the Board of Supervisors.

The Florida Statutes being implemented include Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, generally, and Section 190.035, Florida Statutes, specifically; and provide legal authority for establishment the fee schedule.

A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD AT THE TIME, DATE AND PLACE SHOWN BELOW:

All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard regarding the proposed increase. This public hearing may be continued to a date, time and place to be specified on the record at the public hearing. If anyone chooses to appeal any decision of the Board with respect to any matter considered at a public hearing held in response to a request for such a public hearing, such person will need a record of the proceedings and should accordingly ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made that includes the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
