Final Judgment was awarded on September 28, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-CA-012560, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WINTRUST MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF BARRINGTON BANK & TRUST COMPANY, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and NANCY V. SNEAD A/K/A NANCY SNEAD, AS TRUSTEE OF THE SNEAD FAMILY TRUST AMENDED UTD; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE SNEAD FAMILY TRUST AMENDED UTD; NANCY V. SNEAD A/K/A NANCY SNEAD; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE SNEAD FAMILY TRUST AMENDED UTD; MAREK STROZ; SOUTHSHORE FALLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
