NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25-CA-010564 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Ebonie Simone Siemer a/k/a Ebonie Siemer a/k/a Ebonie Balark; Andrew Peter Siemer a/k/a Andrew P. Seimer; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Grow Financial Federal Credit Union FKA Macdill Federal Credit Union; Belmont Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Victor D. Crist, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of December, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 68, IN BLOCK 1, OF BELMONT PHASE 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 124, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
