TO: OCEANS ROOFING ENTERPRISES, INC., a Florida corporation, by and through its Registered Agent and President, Lindsey J. Huelsenbeck, and all persons upon whom service of process would bind said corporation, whose current residence and whereabouts are unknown, and to all parties claiming an interest by, through, under, or against Oceans Roofing Enterprises, Inc.:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real property located in Lee County, Florida:
A tract or parcel of land lying in the West Half (W 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 6, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida which tract or parcel is described as follows:
From the Northwest corner of said fraction run North 89 degrees 23’ 15” East along the North line of said fraction and the North line of parcel described in Deed recorded in Book 788 at Page 356 of the Public Records of Lee County, for 100 feet to the Northeast corner of said parcel and the Point of Beginning of the herein described parcel. From said Point of Beginning run South 01 degrees 01’ 40” East parallel with the West line of said fraction, along the East line of said parcel described in O.R. Book 788 at Page 356 and a Southerly prolongation thereof, along the West line of a 50 foot roadway and utility easement for 319.28 feet; thence run South 30
degrees 53’ 40” East along the Southwesterly line of said 50 foot roadway easement for 111.85 feet to an intersection with a Westerly prolongation of the North line of the parcel described in O.R. Book 292 at Page 890; thence run North 89 degrees 22’ 20” East along said Westerly prolongation for 43.50 feet to the Northwest corner of said parcel; thence continue North 89 degrees 22’ 20” East along said North line for 128 feet to the Northeast corner of said parcel; thence run North 01 degrees 00’ 00” West along the East line of said West Half (W 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 6 for 415.83 feet to the Northeast corner of said fraction; thence run South 89 degrees 23’ 15” West along the North line of said fraction for 227.40 feet to the Point of Beginning Together with an easement for ingress and egress and utilities described in Deed recorded in O.R. Book 788 at Page 356, Lee County, Records.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiffs’ attorneys, Boatman Ricci, Melissa B. Boatman, Esq., 3021 Airport-Pulling Rd. N., Suite 202, Naples, Florida 34105, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, either before service on Plaintiffs’ attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
The nature of this proceeding is an action by Plaintiffs, Walter Ramirez and Febe I. Arias Ramirez, to foreclose a mortgage dated June 11, 2020, and recorded on June 15, 2020, at Official Records Instrument No. 2020000134818, of the Official Records of Lee County, Florida, encumbering the above-described real property.
This action was instituted in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, and is styled Ramirez v. Oceans Roofing Enterprises, Inc., Case No. 26-CA-004166.
