FORT MYERS, Fla., October 16th, 2026 — Infinity Mortgage of SWFL, LLC, a mortgage brokerage serving Florida since 2019, announces its rebrand from Motto Mortgage Infinity to One Infinity Mortgage.
The new brand brings a fresh identity to the existing company, with the same ownership and a continued focus on helping clients navigate home purchases and refinancing. “Our name is changing, but our commitment to the people we serve remains the same,” said Terry Wayland, President and Owner. “Buying a home is a major financial decision. We want our clients to have clear answers, understand their options and feel supported from the first conversation through closing.”
As a mortgage brokerage, One Infinity Mortgage helps borrowers explore financing options through its lending relationships and provides guidance throughout the application and closing process. The team works with first-time homebuyers, repeat buyers and homeowners considering refinancing.
“Our goal is straightforward: make the mortgage process easier to understand and keep clients informed along the way,” Wayland added. “One Infinity Mortgage represents our continued investment in the relationships we have built and the communities we serve.”
