NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 2026-CA-002314 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 29th day of October, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 101, Building 1, The Towers Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 1411, Pg. 1262, and all amendements thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto (the “Property”).
