NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 25, 2026, in Case No. 2026-CA-002698 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and AUSTIN W. DECKER, MORGAN R. DECKER, VILLA MEDICI TOWNHOMES HOA, INC., are Defendants, the Office of Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on October 29, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK A, OF PORTOFINO SPRINGS, (A REPLAT OF PART OF LOT 2, HEALTHPARK FLORIDA EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGES 17 THROUGH 22), A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER #2014000078831, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
