The Clerk of Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for online auctions at 9:00 AM, on February 4, 2027 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 53, UNIT 9, LEHIGH ACRES SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 36 THROUGH 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
