NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2026, and entered in Case No. 26-CA-002305 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff And Maya Malarin a/k/a Maya J. Malarin; Maya Malarin a/k/a Maya J. Malarin As Trustee Of The Underwood-Malarin Trust Agreement Dated November 28, 2006, Amended And Restated June 19, 2013; United States Of America On Behalf Of The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Kevin Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of December, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 115, UNIT 5, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 80 THROUGH 90, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 716 Sesame Court, Cape Coral, Florida 33904
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
